## Positioning

RA-153.1-2 is a research reference architecture. It does not claim the invention of the individual building blocks of governance, delegation, enforcement or evidence. The candidate contribution concerns their composition into six distinct planes with R0→R6 artifacts, passage/non-passage and falsification.

## App_IA_Citoyenne

The application remains separately published at https://zeons.org/App_IA_Citoyenne/ and is not RA-certified by default. The `application-profiles/` folder contains a candidate, non-certifying alignment profile.

## Self-tests

- Reference Implementation v0.2: 8 unit tests passed.
- RA-Bench v0.2: 16/16 scenarios passed on the reference implementation.
These results are self-tests, not independent validation.

## English edition — October 7, 2026

This package translates the entire v0.6 release, including the complete WP006 v1.6, specification, keys, archived v1.3/v1.4/v1.5 editions, v1.5.1 addendum, application profile, supporting text and both embedded ZIP archives. Historical versions retain their own proposals and evaluation models. Source dates, citations, external URLs, artifact identifiers, API endpoints and schema field names are preserved. Open `index.html` to browse the package.

The reference prototype's example prompts and messages are localized. Its illustrative intent recognizer additionally accepts English enrollment and payment keywords while retaining its original French keywords. This is demonstration localization, not a new scientific release. The benchmark reference report retains the original self-test results; English-edition verification is documented in `TRANSLATION_VERIFICATION.txt`.
