App_IA_Citoyenne ↔ RA-153.1-2
Candidate alignment profile v0.1 — October 4, 2026.
Principle
The application seeks to preserve citizen authority when an AI analyzes, reformulates or prepares a text that may be published or become binding. RA-153.1-2 provides a passage structure: intent → understanding → capabilities → strategy → authority → publication/execution → evidence.
Proposed Mapping
| App Stage | RA Object | Integrity Requirement | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| SAY [DITES] | R0 RequestEnvelope | Preserve the original wording, author, provenance and authority sources. Contextual text does not acquire the author's authority. | Candidate |
| SEE [VOYEZ] | R1 NeedDescriptor | Make interpretation, assumptions, ambiguities and differences visible. A reformulation is not silently promoted to intent. | Candidate |
| TEST [ÉPROUVEZ] | R2 + R3 | Define the required capabilities (analysis, comparison, reformulation) and propose strategies without granting them authority. | Candidate |
| AUTHORIZE [AUTORISEZ] | R4 + Human Gate | The citizen sees the binding version, its transformations and the relevant consequences; only the citizen can authorize, refuse, defer or request revision. | Central |
| PUBLISHED VERSION [VERSION PUBLIÉE] | R5 + R6 | The published version must be linked to the authorized version; any difference after authorization must trigger renewed validation. Evidence distinguishes the declared version from the version actually published. | To Be Tested |
Profile-Specific Rules
- No silent semantic widening: a reformulation may clarify the form but cannot add scope, an obligation, causality, a parameter or a decision without explicitly returning to the author.
- Author Human Gate: when a transformation becomes binding, authority returns to the human author.
- Version binding : the authorized version receives a digest; publication must reference the same content or request renewed authorization.
- Contestability: the user must be able to see what changed, refuse, go back and request different wording.
- Minimum evidence: retain the original wording, relevant transformations, the authorized version and the version actually published.
What This Profile Does Not Address
It prescribes neither a voting platform, electoral identity, ballot cryptography nor a complete institutional architecture. It addresses only the passage between human intent, its AI-assisted transformation and a version the human may choose to publish.
Next Step
The profile will become a candidate for compliance only after independent application testing, publication of test vectors and verification of the relevant v1.6 invariants: authority provenance, narrowing, Human Gate, version binding and evidence binding.
