Association and mission
Our Organisation
Founded by Michel Vandenberghe, Joëlle Toussaint and Oriane Vandenberghe, the association exists to build and share an open ecosystem where knowledge, technologies and human practices evolve together.
ZEON Systems believes that the challenges of the twenty-first century cannot be addressed solely through technological innovation. They also require new ways of understanding coherence, cultivating human capabilities and creating relationships between people, organisations, territories and intelligent systems.
Its vocation is therefore to discover, document, embody and transmit coherent architectures that remain open, reusable and accessible to all.

ZEON Forge
The ZEON Forge is the public knowledge repository maintained by ZEON Research.
It preserves the conceptual foundations of the ecosystem while making its publications freely accessible.
The Forge is intended to remain a living library where research progressively becomes structured knowledge.
From knowledge to buildable technologies
ZEON Development Kits
The SDK Library is the operational extension of the Forge.
Each Development Kit documents how a ZEON Key can be embodied as a coherent application through architectures, specifications, interfaces, reference implementations, examples and practical guidance.
Its objective is not to define a single implementation, but to provide reproducible frameworks that can support many different implementations.

ZEON Systems was co-founded by three people whose complementary activities contribute to the long-term development of the association.
Michel Vandenberghe
Systemic research · Conceptual architecture · ZEON Research
Michel leads the systemic research and conceptual architecture of the ZEON ecosystem.
He directs ZEON Research, develops the ZEON Keys, Working Papers, Development Kits and reference architectures, and explores new approaches for coherent human and AI cooperation.
His work focuses on creating open conceptual frameworks that can progressively become operational technologies.
Joëlle Toussaint
Human · Relational · Living dimensions
Joëlle contributes to the human, relational and living dimensions of ZEON Systems.
Her activity aims to cultivate conditions where trust, coherence and human development can emerge through relationships, communities and future initiatives carried by the association.
She represents the living and human continuity that complements the technological dimension of ZEON Systems.
Oriane Vandenberghe
Psychology · Multicultural cooperation · ZS2 Operator
Oriane Vandenberghe is a psychologist and co-founder of ZEON Systems.
She intends to lead the development of the multicultural application of ZS2 Operator, one of the major operational initiatives of the association.
Her work aims to enable meaningful cooperation between people from different cultures by developing environments where diversity becomes a source of collective intelligence while respecting identities, languages and cultural traditions.
This initiative reflects the conviction that coherent technologies must remain deeply connected to human realities and cultural plurality.
Open, coherent and non-proprietary
Our Philosophy
ZEON Systems does not seek to create dependence on proprietary technologies.
Its vocation is to build an open body of knowledge that enables coherent technologies, human practices and organisational models to emerge together.
Research, documentation and implementation are understood as complementary dimensions of the same ecosystem.

Every Working Paper, every ZEON Key, every Development Kit and every implementation is intended to enrich a growing commons of coherent technologies.
The ambition is not simply to build new tools.
It is to cultivate the conditions in which human capabilities, collective intelligence and artificial intelligence can evolve together in service of a more coherent and more habitable world.
